The Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization (ACTO), in compliance with the mandate established by the Directors and Authorities of Protected Areas of the Member Countries, at the regional meeting held in Bogota in October 2015, has prepared the publication “Regional and Transboundary Conservation Initiatives in the Amazon Region”, which is available to the countries in the region, donors, non-governmental organizations, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
