Facilitating Open Biodiversity Data
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the World Bank within the joint Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) is looking to via presentations and discussions, reflect on MDB efforts to embrace innovative biodiversity data tools, incorporate emerging data practices into policy reforms, and make data more available. Perspectives from various stakeholders on the use of via open platforms and data sharing initiatives like the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF)/ and the Data4Nature initiative and GEO BON will be discussed, highlighting and implications at the regional and country level.
