Geospatial Solutions for improved environmental management in the Amazonia
The panel discussion objective is, through the use of both regional (cross-border) and local examples, to explore how geospatial data and integrated information systems- particularly comprehensive hub systems- can drive sustainable development, address environmental challenges, and contribute to global goals such as the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework and COP16 objectives. The session aims to bring together experts from various fields, including government, technology, and civil society, to discuss the transformative potential of geospatial intelligence in policymaking, environmental conservation, and socio-economic development.
