Bolivia
Bolivia nace a la vida republicana el 6 de agosto de 1825. Es un Estado Unitario Social de Derecho Plurinacional, Comunitario libre, independiente, soberano, democrático, intercultural, descentralizado y con autonomías, según reza la Constitución Política del Estado (CPE) en su Artículo 1. Además, adopta para su gobierno la forma democrática participativa, representativa y comunitaria, con equivalencia de condiciones entre hombres y mujeres.
