Es el mayor país de Latinoamérica. El Brasil es de cultura extremamente rica y diversificada. El origen de esa característica está en el particular proceso de formación de la sociedad brasileña, que, desde su nacimiento en el siglo XVI, recogió la generosa contribución de pueblos y etnias tan diferentes cuanto los indios autóctonos, los portugueses descubridores, los africanos traídos como esclavos.
