The Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization (OTCA) is hiring a specialist to develop and disseminate scientific knowledge on the concept of the Amazon Point of No Return through the production of scientific articles, newsletters, webinars, support in the creation of a scientific panel, participation in strategic meetings, and the organization of a TED event on the topic.
Contract Modality: Independent Consultancy as a Legal Entity
The professional will provide services remotely, with the possibility of in-person participation at the OTCA headquarters in Brasília/DF, Brazil, when necessary. The operational coordination will be the responsibility of the ORA Coordination, along with the Science, Technology, and Innovation Coordination of the OTCA Permanent Secretariat.
Experience and Qualification Requirements
The Specialist’s profile must include international competencies and professional experience in areas related to this call. The candidate is expected to have experience in project management, planning, reporting, monitoring, interaction with different sectors, and effective teamwork skills.
