Amazonian Strategic Cooperation Agenda

In November 2009 the Heads of State of the Member Countries issued a Declaration on ACTO with the mandate to endow the Organization with “a new and modern role as a cooperation, exchange, knowledge and joint projection forum to face the new and complex international challenges that lie ahead”.
