Guyana
La República Cooperativista de Guyana es conocida como “la tierra de muchas aguas”, una referencia a los numerosos ríos que tiene el país. Su superficie es de 214.969 kilómetros cuadrados de los cuales más del 80 por ciento es selva. El país tiene una de las selvas tropicales vírgenes más grande en América del Sur.
