ACTO is hiring consultancy to create a traceability system and application (pirarucu Arapaima gigas)

ACTO opens the selection process for hiring consultants to prepare a proposal for the creation of a Araarima gigas pirarucu by-products traceability system and application for productive chain monitoring and data analysis.

Source of funding: Resources will be provided by the Regional Project for the management, monitoring and control of trade-threatened wildlife species (Bioamazon Project) – Financial Cooperation between Germany and ACTO through the German Development Bank – KfW, on behalf of the German Ministry of Economic Development and Cooperation (BMZ) under Component 3: Strengthening Sustainable Management Initiatives and Amazonian Species Traceability Mechanisms.

The activities and products to be delivered are available in the attached Terms of Reference.

The amount of the financial proposal shall be presented in R$ (reais), including taxes and social charges. The amount of the proposal may not exceed R$ 103,498.00 (One hundred and three thousand, four hundred and ninety-eight reais).

The period of validity of the proposal must be 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt.

The offer will be evaluated and, if approved, the services will be contracted completely and exclusively to a single consultant, with project resources mentioned above and may not be intended for other individuals.

Payment will be made in R $ (reais), by bank transfer, upon prior issuance of Invoice, in the account indicated by the consultant. The payment method will be set out in Contract in the payment clause and will be made according to the delivery and approval of the products.
