Applications will be accepted until August 21st, 2020, 11:59 p.m. (Brasilia time, Brazil).
The general objective of this consultancy is to provide adequate and contextualized knowledge on the current situation of the quality of the surface waters of the Amazon Basin, supporting decision makers in defining public policies in the Amazon countries to improve the water quality from the rivers of the Amazon, helping to strengthen the integrated management of water resources in the Amazon Basin.
Deadlines for submission of documents
Companies must send all the digital documents described in item 7 of the Terms of Reference, Annex I of this Call, in Spanish, English or Portuguese to the institutional e-mail address: projeto.amazonas@otca.org, with the subject [Proyecto Amazonas – Situación Calidad del Agua].
The winning company must send all the supporting documents in physical format, signed and recognized by a notary public (or a similar institution that proves the authenticity of the documents in their country of origin) when requested. Failure to deliver or incomplete delivery of documents will result in the disqualification of the company.
Phases of the bidding process
a) Submission of proposals: July 28th to August 21st, 2020, until 11:59 p.m. (Brasilia time);
b) Analysis and assessment of the company: August 24th to September 8th, 2020;
c) Expected date for the selection of a company: September 21st, 2020;
d) Expected date for the announcement of the results and signing of contract: September 22nd, 2020
Time reference
All time references in the Call, in the notice and during the public session will necessarily observe the Brasilia-DF time and, therefore, will be registered by the following email: projeto.amazonas@otca.org
The PS/ACTO has the right to modify the deadlines for the analysis of the proposals and the final result at any time.
