Within the framework of the Amazon Basin Project, ACTO is hiring a Senior Institutional Specialist to support the PS/ACTO in the assessment and strengthening of the current institutional and legal framework for IWRM in Guyana, in order to consolidate the integration of water resources management at the national and basin levels. The Consultant will be responsible for the implementation of the Activity 1.2.1 Assessing current IWRM institutional and legal framework in Guyana.
The selection process will be carried out as follows:

- Analysis and qualification: December 01, 2023
- Probable date of definition of the winning: December 15, 2023
- Likely date of release of results: December 20, 2023

SELECTION COMMITTEE
To proceed with the stages of the selection process, the PS/ACTO will constitute a Selection Committee that will be composed from the institutional staff, according to the required profile, in addition to a representative of the NCPU of Guyana.

TERM OF EXECUTION AND CONTRACTUAL TERM
The total duration of the services is 7 (seven) months, counted from the signing of the contract and the planned products must be delivered according to the Execution Schedule of the Terms of Reference.
