The OBJECTIVE
The objective is hiring of a specialized company in the reserve, emission, marking and remarking of area ticket and domestic and international terrestrial; emission of travel insurance; intermediation of national and international service of accommodation; renting of vans, car, bus, micro-buses; the intermediation of food services with hotel or third parties and other service related to include in the same branch of activity.
PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
Any specialized Company in the provision of services that complies with the exigence and requirements can participate of the bidding, being forbidden the consortium of companies.
DOCUMENT DELIVERY
The interested Companies on providing services (see Annex 1) are invited to present its offer in sealed envelope, properly identified, of the next following: (a) legal document and fiscal of technical qualification; and (c) present the value / percentage of the rates in the services of airplane tickets and in the accommodation and other services listed in the Annex 1.
The commercial proposal will be sent in two phases, according to the instructions in the point 2.3 of notice.
DATE
The envelope must be sent before on July 26, 2019 until at 05:00 p.m. (according to time of Brasilia). For purpose of the timely delivery of the envelope, just will be considered the date and the time of the physically delivery in the headquarters of the ACTO.
