The Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization (ACTO) invites applications for a consultancy to design a Regional Strategy for Resource Mobilization and Fundraising for its Financial Mechanism, focusing on the eight member countries.
The objective is to strengthen ACTO’s financial sustainability through regional context analysis, donor mapping, and structuring a diversified portfolio of funding sources, including international cooperation, the public and private sectors, foundations, development banks, and other donors, in line with institutional policies and values.
The consultant will provide services from their place of residence and coordinate their activities with the ACTO Administrative Board and the Amazon Basin Project Regional Coordination.

Review and qualification of candidates: July 16 to 21, 2025
Probable date for selection of winner: July 28, 2025
