This axis promotes respect for human rights, gender equality, and the recognition of cultural diversity as foundations for fair and participatory regional integration.

Implement regional mechanisms for full and effective participation, ensuring that urban and rural Amazonian populations contribute to the formulation of public policies.
Promote regional cooperation to prevent gender-based violence, racism, and misogyny, ensuring respect for diversity and human dignity.
Create a regional observatory on the situation of human rights defenders, strengthening their protection and visibility.
Provide spaces and mechanisms for dialogue among governments, Indigenous Peoples, local communities, and organized civil society.
Encourage the social and political inclusion of women, youth, and traditional peoples in regional decision-making processes.
