The Secretary-General of ACTO, Alexandra Moreira, and the Executive Director, Ambassador Carlos Lazary, attended the handover ceremony held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Brazil to Chancellor Mauro Luiz Iecker Vieira.
It is the second time Chancellor Mauro Vieira leads the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
