Science and innovation are fundamental to building a new model of sustainable development — one that unites scientific knowledge and traditional wisdom.

Through this axis, ACTO promotes regional cooperation in science, technology, education, and innovation, strengthening local capacities and supporting evidence-based decision-making.

The objective is to address climate and socio-environmental challenges, avoid the point of no return, and foster development in harmony with the forest and its peoples.
