ACTO promotes regional cooperation in public security, justice, and intelligence, coordinating joint efforts to confront environmental crimes and other cross-border illicit activities that threaten peace, sovereignty, the rule of law, and the integrity of Amazonian ecosystems.
This axis reaffirms the collective commitment to defend the Amazon, strengthening regional security, respect for human rights, and the protection of environmental and social defenders.
