This theme aims to exchange information, knowledge and technology on all the thematic areas of this Strategic Agenda under the principles of solidarity, reciprocity, respect, harmony, complementarity, transparency, equilibrium and equitable conditions. Foster traditional and scientific exchanges to guarantee technological development and innovation that contributes to reducing environmental damages. Strengthen adequate educational policies as part of the formal and informal academic curricula in a systematic and sustained manner.
Under this theme, the Amazon Regional Observatory (ARO) is being developed.
